• "Platform" refers to our retail POS software, including all features, tools, and services
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the platform
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the company operating this platform
• "Subscription" refers to the paid access plan you have selected
• "Content" refers to any data, information, or materials uploaded to or generated by the platform

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Price Changes:We may modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process fraudulent transactions or engage in money laundering
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the platform without authorization
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide our services.

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the system.

Backups: While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical business data.

Data Export:You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features.

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, accounting software, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the platform
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may request your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.
